1.30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At SaveWise Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our pest control services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within 30 days of the initial treatment, we offer a full money-back guarantee.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial service date
  • You must have allowed our technicians to complete the full treatment as scheduled
  • The service must have been performed according to the agreed-upon service plan
  • You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction and allow us the opportunity to address your concerns

2.Service Guarantee & Re-treatment Policy

We guarantee that our pest control treatments will effectively eliminate the target pests. If pests return within the guarantee period specified in your service agreement, we will provide a free re-treatment at no additional cost.

Re-treatment Conditions:

  • Re-treatment requests must be made within the guarantee period (typically 30-90 days depending on service type)
  • The property must be maintained according to our post-treatment guidelines
  • No new pest infestations introduced from external sources (e.g., new furniture, neighboring properties)
  • Access to the property must be granted for inspection and re-treatment

3.Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of service completion via:
  2. Provide Details: Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and provide your service order number or invoice details
  3. Review Period: We will review your request and may schedule a follow-up inspection if needed
  4. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days

4.Non-Refundable Services & Exceptions

The following situations may not qualify for a full refund:

  • Services that have been completed and the customer has prevented follow-up treatments or inspections
  • Damage caused by customer negligence or failure to follow post-treatment instructions
  • Services requested for properties with pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed during initial consultation
  • Emergency services that were successfully completed but customer expectations were not met due to unrealistic timelines
  • Services cancelled after the technician has arrived on-site (may be subject to cancellation fees)

5.Partial Refunds & Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits instead of a full refund:

  • If only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory, we may refund that specific portion
  • Service credits may be offered for future services if you wish to continue working with us
  • Partial refunds may apply if the service was partially completed due to circumstances beyond our control

6.Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation:

  • Services cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund
  • Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: May be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 25% of service cost)
  • Services cancelled after technician arrival: Subject to a service fee (up to 50% of service cost)
  • No-show appointments: Full service charge applies

7.Refund Processing & Timeline

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Bank Processing: Please note that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
